Keep Working Hard.
Video Producer:
#1 Be yourself. It takes people skills to be in video, get recommendations, and keep contacts. #2 Perseverance. Keep trying snd you will succeed. It took me many years to get where I am now. I floated to what ever jobs could take me in the creative field to get my feet wet, until I honed into my skills and established who I was as a professional. #3. Stay current. You'll need to learn and retain valuable real-world skills (software or new equipment) I say even more than a degree.
