Low pay, but other perks.
Victim Advocate:
If you are passionate over what you do, then stick with it. If you love your boss and co-workers then hang in there. I love what I do, but the pay is so incredibly low. If I knew what I know now, I would have gotten different degrees or dualed in business or something with marketing or technology.
