Pros: The individual contributors are some of the best people I've had the privilege of working with and I believe will go on to do good things. Working to help good people grow and realize what they can do when they work together is the best part of a leader's job.
Cons: The C-Suite is misaligned and mostly under-qualified for the job ahead. Lack of trust, delegation, and in-fighting make it impossible to be effective.
