Pros: The people. Largely F5 fosters a collaborative culture and the people here all want to do the right thing. I have many extremely supportive colleagues
Cons: Lack of clear decision making capabilities Inconsistency of how we apply the values and cultural norms No consistency or accountability to exectutive decisions and priorities. No clarity on priorities.
