Is good.
Van Driver:
Pros: I dont have pressure I dont have a supervisor.
Cons: Driving in bad weather conditions and in heavy traffic.

Driving from shop to shop for most of the day.

Pros: Meeting new people being my own boss working at my own pace.
Cons: Getting wet dealing with bad mannered customers collecting money finding a car park when busy.

A Lot Of Work And Long Hours, Little Pay.
Van Driver:
Call customers, sell flowers and hard goods, pull orders, make sure they are not dead, write invoice, load van, deliver product to customer, collect payment, get mail and get bills ready to be paid, clean coolers and process flowers, order hard goods and floral supplies.

Pros: Being my own boss when out on the road. Meeting customers.
Cons: Very long hours doing national deliveries. Pay rate very poor, so you have to do 50+ hours perweek to earn a living wage
