Pros: Working in Johannesburg is great because there are opportunities to grow and as a designer, I am always motivated to keep up to date with design trends and new design standards that are constantly changing.
Cons: The only problem I have with Johannesburg is that the pay is subpar compared to places like Cape Town.

Pros: Very creative city with inspiration everywhere.
Cons: Its becoming increasingly more costly to park and travel downtown. Traffic has gotten much worse over the years and parking costs upward of $25 a day if you don't have a monthly parking pass which is not covered by my employer

Cons: Not a whole lot of opportunities in this field unless working remotely, and companies that you can find in this field do not leave much room for growth.

A place full of opportunities.
User Interface Designer in Sydney:
Pros: Woolies X is an amazing place to work. It's a relaxed and startup atmosphere but still being part of the biggest company in Australia. There is room for innovation and new ideas and everyone encourage that. Also is very dynamic.
Cons: Lot of employees are contractors and there is no structure in career progression or development
