Pros: I am allowed to create what I think will help us grow - but am also encouraged to grow in my knowledge and skills as a digital creative. You feel like people believe in you, and likewise are your friends - not just coworkers.
Cons: sometimes we move so fast its hard to breathe for a minute! that's a startup environment though. :)
