What is it like working as a Tutor?

Stressful.
Tutor:
Pros: The children and helping them. They all have special needs, concentration problems and ADHD ect.
Cons: My salary is very low and I cannot work for that amount of money.

Pros: Interaction with people from all walks of life.
Cons: People not turning up and therefore not getting paid the normal rate.

Keep your patience. Kids are very tough to deal with. The experience is forever cherished.

Tutor:
Pros: I get to work with a variety of students and skill sets from ages 3-18. I love to bond with them and it's always a pleasure to see them grow.
Cons: I think that I could be getting paod more for all the work that I do, not to mention the amount of time it takes me just to commute.

Pros: The subject and experience I get from handling the gemstones.
Cons: The rest is actually quite stressful. Adult students are often needy and impatient.

Cons: It is difficult to be organized when meeting students in the library and in their homes.
