Cons: Some handling, salaries, a little disorder or miscomunication in between the departments.

Decent Flexibility and Engaging Work.
Training & Development Specialist:
Pros: Flexibility to work from depots closer to home, ability to work from home if necessary and a role that adapts to my skills instead of the other way around.
Cons: Organization refuses to justify costs for an actual LMS for its employees, which negates a lot of my ability to train and develop effectively and without stress.
