What is it like working as a Technical Support Specialist?

January 2019
Technical Support Specialist:
The good, it's a job and you might be able to work remote. However, I would not advise anyone to work for this company. No culture, poor pay, lack of leadership, uneducated leadership, lean company, poor incentives, outdated product, and Wave has never been mentioned to be a desired company to work for. Reminds me of call centers from the late 90's. I have never seen so many employees come and go which is clearly a sign of poor management. Cut throat. If you do decide to be employed here do it for the experience, get trained and get out why you can. That is my plan.
