May 2014
Technical Analyst:
Pros: I get to work on a lot of really interesting projects and have a generally good team of people.
Cons: I feel that I get taken advantage of from time to time for some of the grunt work or things get inadvertently pushed off on me, so there seems to be a general lack of accountability. Also, I have a lot of tasks come across my desk that I don't have the knowledge to complete, which often makes my performance look lesser than it would be if I had the opportunity to do something I am familiar with even half the time.
