Pros: It is called the city that never sleeps, that is even if you leave your office late at night, you'll always find people on your way to home, so you don't feel alone and unsecured.
Cons: It's heavily crowded city, so commutation is a big problem.

Pros: Causal Dress and good environment.
Good manager and company cares about you.
Lots of social events and attempts to bring the company together.
Good clients that provide interesting work and are good to work with.
Cons: Long and expensive commute though not the company's fault.
High workload and sometimes not enough time to do all the tasks required.
Sometimes a lack of communication within the office causes problems.

Pros: This company has many opportunities to further your career and the management encourages people to do so.
Cons: Sometimes working with customers over issues that you had no control of downtime or certain events can be frustrating when they are upset about something.

Look for areas to improve the productivity, morale and accuracy of peoples jobs and then investigate, work through their job processes and help define new ways to do them. Project management skills and detail oriented are the most important parts of my job those paired with communication to end users in english get the job done successfully day after day.
