CEO is authoritarian and bipolar. A lot of favoritism and disorganization. Senior managers are ineffective because CEO dramatically changes directions on the fly with no planning or thought on impact of workers.
Pay is lower end of median. Yearly increase is typically 1-3% if any at all.
Benefits are solid but have to wait a year for 401(k).

Pros: Positive environment, rich in diversity (both employees and business ideas) and operates with transparency. Amenities are very modern and we have a clean, comfortable workspace.
Cons: Would like to telecommute more often but my job is more hands on than other positions within the IT Department. Otherwise I enjoy the work and the workplace, as well as the leadership and coworkers.
