Keep a cool head
Strategy Consultant:
There are as many strategic solutions as there are people in the room discussing it. Keep a cool head and listen to all the ideas before designing the strategy that meets the business needs. Ensure that all processes are well documented and that your project manager understands the importance of each area so that everyone comes on the journey. Finish the project with a Closure Report and then undertake a post-implementation review to ensure benefits are realised and the business is not starting from scratch when the next strategic review takes place.
