Stock Clerk, Grocery Store:
I have always worked as a daytime stock clerk, my main duties were to check, fill and rotate the dairy case, egg case, bread, beer case and water aisle, and other misc. Duties. I'm from Az, so my advice to a new clerk was to ALWAYS check the water aisle first, then walk and face the other main areas and make a list of which ones need to be taken care of next and in what order. If they are called to cashier, they need to stop what they are doing immediately and go to the front to take care of the customers waiting in line. People are already annoyed about coming to the store from the moment they walk in the door, you want to make their last moments in the store to be as great as you can so you can assure they will return.
