Stock Clerk, Grocery Store in Cincinnati:
Pros: Helping people, interaction with the customer and stocking the shelves at night and giving the customers a clean and clear view of the store when the store reopens in the morning feels good.
Cons: The back stabbing, and people with no title trying to tell you what to do..if your lead or management have instructed you to do something i dont like another worker telling me something in different.instead of checking behind someone else work they need to pay attention to their own work.

I like working alone without a deadline so to speak &indoors.
Stock Clerk, Grocery Store:
Pros: No big pressure I'm by myself working how I think it should be done ,its interesting so my nights really fly by never had that before and I'm cool in summer & hot in winter & the room to grow and move up the ladder is endless as well as best benefit package I've seen since the 90's all in all id say I love it and I didn't think I would coming from my background at the railroad & scrap yards or labor positions.
Cons: It takes a few months before you will be hired on as a full time employee you have to prove yourself worthy first as well as be on time and no laying out, and your 401k is vested so you gotta stay around a few years to actually get the money they are putting in it as well as the employee profit sharing you get a couple of nice extra checks a year but only after your full time and been there a year, but other than those little things that you don't even have any other place you will work so it's only a perk ,you just gotta wait on!
