Be patient, don't always go by the book, don't get overwhelmed, accept the answer no, don't force anything, be curtious to the residents, don't raise your voice, be kind, be gentle, don't be scared to dive in and get hands dirty, a question is never a dumb question, if you can't get to everything relay message to oncoming employee.
