Pros: The thing I like most about my job is helping my elders, and just giving them a peace of mind.
Cons: There isn't one thing I don't like about my job.

Be patient, don't always go by the book, don't get overwhelmed, accept the answer no, don't force anything, be curtious to the residents, don't raise your voice, be kind, be gentle, don't be scared to dive in and get hands dirty, a question is never a dumb question, if you can't get to everything relay message to oncoming employee.
