BUSY, somewhat unorganized, micromanaged.

Pros: staff members are generally good to work with.
Cons: constant micro-managed, job is never good enough, feel unappreciated, not heard, feel like walking on "egg-shells" all the time- this is also BEFORE Covid hit!
