Reaching without a Grasp.
Sr. Operations Manager:
Pros: In my position I have a flexible yet steady work flow. I am able to take off if need be, whether I am ill or just need a personal day. I am at the top of the "ladder" within the company I work for. My opion and ideas are incorporated everyday in the companies daily operations. I can bring my son with me to the office. I am able to manage myself on the task I am to complete.
Cons: On call all the time. Communication is not always open. No benefits. If I take off work load increases tremendously.
