Experience as a Snr. Operations Manager.
Sr. Operations Manager:
Pros: The job is fairly flexible and the environment is pleasant. However, the level of responsibility is extremely high as we deal with firearms and lives. Coupled with the high level of contract sums involved in securing projects. The office colleagues are fun to work with and the MD is a humble and down to earth person.
Cons: The comparison between other Snr Ops Managers - what they have done for the company compared to what I have done; and the salary they draw compared to what I draw.
