Its very good and busy.

Pros: The fact that I assist customers and they all leave the store happy as thw got the best service.
Cons: The fact that the company is not doing its best for customers to be satiesfied with the service . As it takes forever to respond to customers.

Corporate Culture.
Sr. Administrative Assistant:
Pros: Working in the athletics department; being able to be a part of helping to develop the students in their skills of athletics and helping to aid in them achieving their goals of obtaining their degrees. Being able to give back to the community.
Cons: The pay.

Pros: Being able to manage my own work, Fast pace, communicating with all levels of management.
Cons: Not sure what my role is, no career path.

Pros: Seeing people grow out of the pain of a lost loved one and knowing that I was a person that helped to put a smile on their face and make things a little easier for them.
Cons: Sometimes I can't get everything I want to get done that day because we are busy.

Be prepared change and very little feedback.

Do Not Work In A Small Organization.

If you want a position that requires very little challenge that is repetitive and mundane then apply within. If not, get to a headhunter, hone your computer skills and start applying.
