Cons: Not a fair opportunity to be promoted.
Unrealistic workload.
Leaders not taking responsibility for inadequately leading properly.
Extremely poor communications.
Leaders not being honest.
Only four administrative assistants for the entire state of Florida.
Not giving administrative assistants credit for the level of work performed.
Not showing appreciation for the administration team.
