Special Education Paraprofessional in La Habra:
Pros: The relationships and rapport I build with my kiddos is most important and the best part of my job. Helping my students work towards their goals and have equal opportunities as their cognitively abled peers do.
Cons: What I dislike most about where I work is the lack of A/C, sexist dress code, hostile environment, little to no support from Management, and no room for advancement.
