Emotional Roller-coaster.

Pros: I had the chance to grow much in my role and I had opportunities I didn't have before. My manager is very tolerant and open to letting me take responsibilities.
Cons: Given the grow strategy of acquiring startups, a lot of political turnouts make the processes complicated and frustrating, giving the impressions, some times, to waste time

Sadly it has gone from bad to worse. IT has been in flux since the merge of JCI and Tyco. Everyone is jumping ship and no one is being back filled. Those left behind are expected to be 300% allocated at all times!
