Solutions Architect in Jacksonville:
Pros: I’m now allowed to choose m destiny. Both with what I do nd drive ou product to the next level. I had been underutilized and it’s grear to have a new leader wh sees all of the potential in everyone there and making he right changes.
Cons: To be a small startup, and I’m one of the original founders, there is too much politicking going on. We must all be in the same mind frame to rapidly execute what’s best for the customer.

Solutions Architect in Novato:
Pros: I dont' have to get bogged down in competitive product discussions. Its all about digital transformation to the cloud. Not just moving the problem but leveraging the economics, flexibility and scale of the public cloud.

June 2019
Nobody respects you.
Solutions Architect in St. Louis:
Pros: I have little fear of being fired
Cons: I have little chance of success because upper management does not know what they want. When I deliver what they ask, they do not like it. They do not spend enough time thinking through their directives to realize how detrimental it would be if anyone were actually empowered to follow through on them.
