Good corporate goal, getting artists paid what they deserve and when they deserve it, which feels good to support. The company is very ambitious which means there are lots of interesting challenges upcoming.

Company in general is good. From SRE point of view - a lot lot legacy, communication issues, goals are not really clear, a lot of "here and now" solutions instead, focus on velocity not quality. In a nutshell: a lot of work must have been done before company reach real SRE practices.
