Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) in London:
Great company, good social and work environment. Values staff and doesn't do crunch work. Decent benefits. Good corporate goal, getting artists paid what they deserve and when they deserve it, which feels good to support. The company is very ambitious which means there are lots of interesting challenges upcoming.

Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) in Raleigh:
Pros: - Able to work with AWS. - Company will invest in your continuing education. - Pay and benefits are competitive for market. Cons: - Culture of complacency where no one really tries to fix the problems, just patch them up enough to move on to the next thing. - Change happens at an astronomically slow pace. - Testing seems to be practically non-existent.

Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) in Berlin:
Company in general is good. From SRE point of view - a lot lot legacy, communication issues, goals are not really clear, a lot of "here and now" solutions instead, focus on velocity not quality. In a nutshell: a lot of work must have been done before company reach real SRE practices.
December 2018
Cheap, Charming.
Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) in Richmond:
Pros: Richmond has an okay cost of living. Terrible traffic. Some good food.
Cons: Traffic; barely any public transportation. Richmond Public Schools are severely underfunded.
