Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) Reviews
What is it like working as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)?
September 2021
Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) in Canton:
Good atmosphere, inclusive culture, competitive compensation. Does have typical large company problems with silos but I believe it’s being addressed. The technical sent is common with companies that have paved the way but there’s no shortage of new innovation.

Only come here if you don't care about Diversity and Inclusion.
Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) in Santa Clara:
Pros: The fact that after 30 years of grinding, I still have not been invited to the table, and since I came from an acquisition no one had honestly evaluated what I bring to the table.
Cons: There is a big push from the top down to create a diverse and inclusive culture, but they are not willing to look under the rug at the Good Old Boy network that still dominates F5. I see two Black people in Management CEO, and VP of Customer Success and Business Transformation. No others in the organization I work under.
March 2021
Goo software company with a management problem.
Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) in Garner:
Pros: The work is always interesting and it's great to work with so many bright people
Cons: Upper management within the tech organization is in a constant state of analysis paralysis and nothing ever seems to come from them.
March 2021
Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) in Birmingham:
"Culture" has become a corporate benefit and seems to be extremely overused, but the people at Daxko truly are a special breed. I enjoy the zoom calls I attend, helping a colleague with an issue, or just reviewing our current sprint and planning the next two weeks. Leadership is getting better about noticing the contributions of the engineers, and am proud to call Daxko "home."
September 2020
Calm and open.
Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) in Sofia:
Pros: Every decision made has good logical reasons behind it.
Cons: People don't try to see other's point of view.
July 2020
Challenging, but rewarding. You will never get bored.
Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) in Dorval:
Pros: So much project variety
Cons: Sometimes the amount of research can be overwhelming
June 2020
Very Challenging, but do-able.
Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) in Durban:
Pros: The work constant challenges and perks of having to travel.
Cons: Salary and same inhouse challenges that are not addressed by the company.
