Pros: Giving my guests an enjoyable experience.
Cons: After we were recently bought out, by Boyd Entertainment, our insurance benefits are no longer competitive. Cost of insurance went up and coverage went way down.

It was hard at first but everything fell in place. I can honestly say that my timing wasnt together but I fault myself for that situation myself.

Pros: I no longer work at this job anymore but i like best was the communication with my co-workers and customers.
Cons: the rush hour was the worse especially when you was the only server on duty

Family-Like.
Server in Westminster:
Pros: Not like in the crappy way where sinking companies say, "We're all family!" The managers are human and understanding, and the other employees are very personable and easy to get along with.
Cons: There's not much chance to move up in the company, either through pay or position.

Pros: Everybody in my position is very friendly and make the job fun.
Cons: Sun Prairie is a quickly growing community, so commuting is sometimes difficult and time-consuming
