Pros: theres not alot of people so were not constantly busy
Cons: sometimes they don't need the help so i go home

Great place to work.
Server in Minneapolis:
Pros: It's my favorite serving job I've ever had, the food is good, the atmosphere is good, the money is pretty good.
Cons: It took a long time to get the clout to get good shifts.

Its fine, sometimes the residents are like children. But you get used to it.

Serving is wonderful, serving assistant is HORRENDOUS.

Pros: The people. I enjoy serving my customers and making sure they enjoy their time there
Cons: Due to server assistant jobs now , they moved us from server positions to assistant positions , we have less hours and make even less money, but have to be the gopher for the servers and bring everything to their tables for them . We both warn $7 an hour, We do the work they talk to their tables , we run all their appetizers, food etc , they receive all tips and assistants get 3.5% of sales as their tip
