Culture is bad. Rampant nepotism, red tape, bureaucracy, favoritism, crab mentality, bullying, and just bad old corporate mentality and attitude in general. Can’t adapt to the US workforce and way of doing things. Love to show off that they’re in the Bay Area but not really working like they should. Heavilly controlled by the Philippine corporate HQ.
