June 2020
Senior UX Designer in Denver:
I was given a decent chance at a role that was outside of my primary area of expertise. Management was not able to place me in a position to be successful, either by adjusting my responsibilities to focus on my key strengths, or training to better do the job they had asked me to do upon hiring. Unfortunately there were too many organizational issues that prevented ideas and concepts from the staff on the ground and the mid-level management to initiate need to change. So that caused a constant state of confusion and chaos.
