They don’t pay based on the market. They don’t pay overtime but give you the excuse of, “we’re employee owned so your overtime helps the whole company.” Not true, upper management is trying to increase the sales price of Vertex so they can retire with wealth in the next few years.” Employee owned is just a protection for them.
