Affirming, positive, best in class, highly professional team within the industry.
Senior Project Manager, Construction in Denver:
Pros: Being part of a team of highly professional, motivated individuals that are hard-working, yet fun to be around, build each other up and support one another, recognize each other's achievements, promote from within and provide ample opportunities for personal and professional growth, continuing education, outreach in the community and within the organization, stood by its employees during COVID, strive for continuous improvement as an organization, have strong local leadership and good corporate values.
Cons: Pay equitability and transparency is a bit lacking. Annual increases are very industry standard at ~2-3% (uncertain if/ this will increase to reflect 2021/2022 inflation rates). Parental leave currently does not exist and the proposed plan is dismal. Paid time off / flex time is very industry-standard and not exciting. Bonuses exist - which is good - but are elective and at rates far below industry-standard (being in the 7% range vs. 12-15% range provided by competitors and competing businesses such as construction or real estate.
