Pros: Connected to major centers through flights and highways.
Cons: Physically isolated community.

Senior Electrical Engineer in Minneapolis:
Pros: A lot of things to do around the Twin Cities. Great food, culture, theater, outdoor activities, etc.
Cons: The traffic can be bad depending on when you are commuting and the direction of your commute. If possible plan to have your home and place of work such that you are going OPPOSITE the flow of the main commuting traffic.

Technical support for 5-10 turnkey projects at a time.

At a time at least 5-10 turnkey projects were under execution for Metso Minerals under my design, Engineering , procurement assistance & supervision of Electrical, Instrumentation & Automation with PLC/SCADA/DCS system .
We are working for Metso for last 21 years as their consultant and we are their E&I deptt. Till today.
We have completed many projects in above field which are in operation.
Alsp we did above work for Outside India Client/projects like Oman , UAE , Qatar, Turkey, etc.

Senior Electrical Engineer:
An engineering degree only gives you the background knowledge necessary to start learning a specialist engineering role. You first few years will need to be a lot of self managed learning. Although, senior engineers are usually very helpful if it's clear that you are making an effort on your own.
