Always room for growth and there’s never a dull moment for sure. Everyday is a new day with different but yet similar situations. And no matter the circumstances working at CVS is an opportunity to learn new information everyday or every week. The innovation and the speed of new ideas keeps your brain and mind up to par with the times and with technology. It is quite difficult to stand by and not have anything to do unless you’re a person who doesn’t enjoy progressing as an individual first as well as a technician. Pharmacy and science has honestly became a part of who I am. This year I have been given a task that I undoubted look forward to complete successfully; to be able to turn around things for the better regarding service, integrity, and outstanding customer service. Retail pharmacy for sure isn’t for the faint, but the team and atmosphere we create around us each day is what makes all the difference.. Stay positive and by the end of the shift, or by the time of closing, the feeling of accomplishment in growing more knowledge with the interaction with patients on helping all on the path to a better health so much more rewarding.

Understaffed, under appreciated, overworked. Bullied constant threats and if you speak up about horrible working conditions punished upper management horrible and only brings moral lower and lower nothing you do is ever good enough hours are cut more and more every week while demands increase.
