Listen to everything that you are told and as you learn more lead by example. In the security field there are always new things to learn. Most experiences you have will be different than the last but you must stay in control and keep calm because the people that you deal with are looking at you as a guide to what the right thing is to do.

Pros: Overseeing the clients properties and learning.
Cons: Pay queries that is not sorted out.
No communications between guards and control room.

Security Officer:
In the insurance field, security is more of getting along with everyone and being very diverse. Be sure to get to work 15 minutes early everyday and communicate well with everyone. Always wear a smile and say hi and hows your day going. Always look happy and content.

Pros: Good tenants. Tenants hate upper security staff.
Cons: Nepotism and favoritism are issues.

Pros: Job security. Decent benefits. Great co-workers.
Cons: I'm in a contract right now where I'm not able to move up.

It is a good job to have, the staff and management are nice.
Security Officer:
Pros: There is advancement to grow within the company, the pay is good and the people are nice and respectful, there is overtime.
Cons: Dealing with disrespectful customer and dealing with certain people who doesnt take their meds like they suppose too.
