Pay, Hiring, and management.
Security Officer in Jacksonville:
Pros: There’s a core group of people who work here that help the job stay comfortable.
Cons: The pay is below average security should always start off at 11.50 not end which surprises anyone why for this company they advertised 13-15. Also it seems like they just want to put people on post and not make sure the capable of the job it’s always frustrating to see bad workers leave and the actual solid workers stay and have to put in overtime. Even though the company hates giving overtime. Make the pay better and hiring more capable workers to do the job correctly.
