Overall View of an SEO Specialist in the Philippines.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist:
Pros: Being able to work at home and spend time with my family is one of the best things about this job. I can also work a flexible schedule which may vary depending on mood or availability. Pay is also great compared with the usual salary for the same position in actual offices.
Cons: The only issue I have is the seemingly never ending list of tasks. Just when I thought I'm done with one, there comes more. :) I had also had issues with the client (this project in particular because I have 2 other active contracts and numerous other side jobs). It may be because of cultural differences.

An Overview of an SEO Specialist.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist:
This is one of the gigs I have for SEO but my tasks are not generalized. There are specific tasks I need to fulfill for this campaign. The other gigs which are also SEO related have different tasks too. You can't expect all clients to assign similar roles though. So it's best to know everything about SEO and the usual tasks associated with it such as content writing, keyword research, link building, ads creation, and more. You never know which of these tasks will be assigned to you.
