Pros: Interacting with different people
Cons: No performance discussions during the year

Pros: Internet speed, Clean Water, Clean Air, Awesome Climate, Authentic South Indian Food, Commute, Pavements, Young and vibrant crowd, Countless seminars and training, Lesser Tax compared to USA.
Cons: Cost of Owning a Car, Jaywalkers, eScooters and littered OLO bikes.

This is not a Management role, it's a coordinator role, invest in your training and knowing how others execute best practices. Keep current, don't stay with the knowledge of your company/project or single certification.
