Pros: What I like most is that I am able to help client's with the assistance they need and the employees with the work they need.
Cons: I don't ever receive the credit I deserve. Although i go above and beyond my title my salary nor title has yet to change. My co-worker happens to receive the credit for my work, and when she corrects the director letting him know the work was done by me I still do not receive the credit for it.

Cons: My manager/supervisor. I fell she bullies me. I have actually quit my job 3 days ago due to her and her bullying. I can not go to HR to complain due to she is also HR.
