Low paid rate, no matter how many years you work there always the offers is part time, Full time just for the manager.

Cons: Low paid you spend years working with the company and they just add cents to the paid,Tuesdays the merchandise arrives and you have to put it in the floor as soon as possible and at the same time give a good customer service,Besides the presure all the time that managers and associates receive it's insane.
