Sales Associate Reviews

What is it like working as a Sales Associate?

December 2021
I enjoy the energy.
Sales Associate in Wellington:
Pros: Like I said I enjoy the energy and the interaction with the customers .
Cons: I wish we had more stores and close later
December 2021
The company itself has a great vision and mission. However, the pay is terrible compared to other companies. The benefits are the only reason it's worth the hassle and disrespect upper management shows our contributions to their store.
Sales Associate in Tampa:
Pros: I enjoy my field which is based around electronics, however, I believe I'm underappreciated.
Cons: Horrible scheduling and management reserves things for "friends" and co-workers without giving proper details to their associates.
December 2021
Terrible.
Sales Associate in Halifax:
Pros: The discount
Cons: Terrible work environment, constantly pressured to pick up shifts because people don't show, constantly scheduled on days I have taken off
December 2021
Journeys experience.
Sales Associate in Wisconsin Dells:
Pros: Less stressful and very laid back
Cons: Everything there is good don’t like how far the drive can be but it’s worth it.
December 2021
Lots of Management Drama.
Sales Associate in Denver:
Pros: I have liked most of the people I've worked with there, and the work is easy
Cons: I was the associate working the days that two different management walkouts happened. I'm not quite sure why it happened, but I think there was some drama involved. I felt uncomfortable when people brought up my previous managers around me (often negatively), as I had built up good working relationships with them.
November 2021
Not bad.
Sales Associate in Burlington:
Pros: Coworkers are awesome. Higher ups are patient through your learning process.
Cons: Third shift has no differential pay, despite being more chaotic and less staffed. The whole place is over-employed yet understaffed, therefore they get away with sparing all of us full time + benefits.
November 2021
It's awesome.
Sales Associate in Nairobi:
Pros: Everyone has a right of speech when it comes to discussion.
Cons: The fact that working hours may be extended
