Pros: There is always so much to see and do in the city and you don't have to go too far off the beaten track to find some tranquil getaways - be it the beach, some hot pools or horseback riding, whatever tickles your fancy.
Cons: Definitely the traffic congestion but having come from an Asian country, I've seen & experienced worse.

Pros: I love my work, my leadership, the level of respect I receive for what I do, and the goodhearted nature of the company/upper management to make the community/world a better place through service and giving.
Cons: While I make a good salary, I am currently underpaid. My management recognizes this as well but with such a large company, nothing comes quickly. Decisions usually take months no matter the issue.
