Pros: My co-workers.
Cons: Upper management gives zero communication to its employees. They preach having fun at work but its the total opposite atmosphere.

Pros: Culture was evident on day one, everyone wants to do all they can for the health system to thrive, it is still true and visible going into my third year of employment.
Cons: Feel that the compensation could be better.

Cons: My path to advance is not clear and may be challenging to maintain remote working conditions. I would like to stay within the company in advancement.
