Pros: Change of seasons as compared to Florida, but not too cold. I have also made good friends in the area.
Cons: Traffic can get horrible and real estate costs rise fast as you move closer to the center of Atlanta.

Cons: Traffic and Real Estate values can be hard to handle as you get closer to the center of town.
