August 2017
Retail Store Assistant Manager in Orangeville:
Pros: It's close to home, lots of retail work to choose from. Nice people, convenience of everything nearby, traffic is low.
Cons: Not a huge job market in Orangeville, most people work in the retail industry there, be it clothing, cars or grocerys, anyone with a non retail job usually travels to the city to work. If you want to live in the country like we do, you must travel more than an hour to get to a decent paying job. Cost of living is high.

A good Company.
Retail Store Assistant Manager in Houston:
Pros: Napa is a great company to work for. This was my first real as a delivery driver and over the years I've moved to an assistant manager. Never have I thought of leaving the company, but I would like an opportunity to more and sometimes it is hard to do when people stay in the company 20+ years in the same position. I just wish there was more movement.
Cons: Stress level shouldn't be this high for a retail store in the Automotive industry.
