It's challenging at times , We go through alot of changes . We deal with so many different personalities both Customers and Associates .

Pros: Conworkers and some customers
Cons: Micromanaged not enough employees to take some burden off of you. Upper management doesn’t give two fingers about your problems on being understaffed. You work 65+ hours weekly and only get paid for 44 hours. Very unrealistic goals set per store/mangers. If you want to succeed in this company you have to drink the kool aid. A whole bunch of it. Also, you must become a robot/sherbot.
