Retail Sales Associate in Phoenix:
Pros: My experiences in Walmarts Retail/Sales Industry, has added some interests to what I would like to see happen in the future. It has given me insight to what must be done to make working for Walmart (or any other place of employment) a more successful, satisfying, and fulfilling experience. A place that where every individual employed are appreciated and recognized regularly.
Cons: During my employment experience at a specific Walmart and investigation findings of Walmart's orientation promises to it's new hire's, my findings arr that Walmart has no respect for any and or all associates who've dedicated years of their lives to Walmart yet have/are not compensated what so ever. Their pay rate is maybe only $1. To $2.00 more than the average hire pay. Walmart is not true to it's Associates/employees. Not the Walmart I worked for anyways.
