Can be stressful when busy/have visits, but enjoyable!
Retail Sales Assistant:
Pros: Variety of things to do daily, customers are usually friendly, team is very close knit which reflects in good sales and customer service level.
Cons: Can be stressful, sometimes too much needs doing in one day and there aren't enough hours or staff to do it!

Cons: Not a lot of recognition for job being done.

Pros: Flexibility with work times. Working with a great team. Constantly being challenged in a competitive but friendly environment.
Cons: Management team are not up to scratch. Business owners need to be more involved. Commission structure is fleeting.
