Retail Sales Assistant:
Pros: Staff are mostly good, A lot of office gossip and that can get old.
Dealing with the type of people who loan with cash converters is a drag, and get be hard.
Cons: Customers can get abit to much at times.

Pros: I love working with people and helping the customer to have the best possible shopping experience with us.
Cons: I dislike the fact that there is minimal structure within my store at least, for casuals to move forward and progress and upskill in the workplace, I am treated like a baby when I do not know things, but I have been there in the same position 3 years, with no further training. They won't even let me do banking... Which I'm sure is straight forward and merely requires a brief explanation of procedure that expected.

Pros: Challenging & social able but interesting & fun.
Cons: Wages & management can be very demanding & unpleasant sometimes or non appreciative.

Pros: Great friendly team, always busy with customers ,rewarding selling with customers and pay wise as well..
Cons: I have found if you are still selling strongly and working the shop well, you still get criticised for the little things and not appreciated for your big contributions.

Cons: The unfair treatment, the lies, promises never kept, being taken advantage of.
